Trustee Proctor-Harris Ernestine P. Harris has been a Trustee since 2008 and a resident of Phoenix for 57 years. Throughout her tenure as a Village Trustee, many accomplishments have been obtained by working diligently with the Public Works Department and the current board. Some of the accomplishments are outlined be-low:

 

•  Maintaining the alleys and parkways.
• Securing repairs for the damaged streets and continually
• keeping our empty lots and alleys clean.
• New equipment for the Public Work Department.
• Added new part-time staff to the Public Works Department.
• Served on the committee to bring recycling to our community.
