Trustee Erik McCullar

Mr. McCullar was appointed by board members in October of 2022 to fill a vacated Trustee seat for the Water Department. He was elected as the Trustee overseeing the Water Department in April 2023. He aspires to continue serving in this role to ensure residents receive quality and equitable service. Erik S. McCullar is a lifelong resident of Phoenix, IL, and takes great pride in being a family man and helping people with their problems.
Erik is a 17-year professional truck driver with ABF Freight and a member of Teamsters Local 710. Over the years, he has earned safety awards such as “Over One Million Safe Miles Driven,” acknowledging his integrity, attention to detail, customer service, and patience.
Erik is one of the founding members of the organization Pride of Phoenix (P.O.P), whose mission is to uplift and serve the elderly and youth in the community of Phoenix. Over the past five years, P.O.P has organized and hosted events to give back to the community, including Back-to-School events and donations to the Phoenix Public Library.
